What if I can’t find the title?
Common, and usually solvable. Missing, lost and abandoned titles all have a process in Arizona through ADOT MVD and, for abandoned homes, through statute. Call us and describe the situation; we’ll tell you what we’re dealing with.
How long does mobile home demolition take?
The demolition and haul-off is typically one to three days for a standard home. Permits, utility disconnects and any asbestos work are what set the overall timeline — plan on a couple of weeks from first call to clear lot on most jobs.
Do you handle the utility disconnects?
We coordinate them. The actual disconnect is done by the utility, but we handle the scheduling and the sign-offs so the demolition isn’t held up.
What do you do with the debris?
Metal, aluminum and steel go to salvage and recycling where recoverable — which reduces your cost. Everything else goes to a licensed disposal facility. You get a clean lot, not a pile.
Would it be cheaper to move my home instead of demolishing it?
Sometimes. If the home is structurally sound and someone wants it, transport may make more sense. If it’s pre-HUD or badly deteriorated, demolition is almost always the cheaper answer. We’ll price both.
